Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.
Payments
Payment can be made via internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card issued by the listed bank. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice however changes will not affect the order which has been accepted.
Delivery
Delivery costs will be charged according to general Pos Laju rates.
We aim to deliver the product to you at the delivery address as requested by you and the delivery date indicated by us at the time of your order checkout ss updated in the order confirmation.
We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
You may contact our customer representative in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the product if it is needed.
Return & Exchange
Please ensure you have checked our sizing charts and note any specific description on our clothing before purchasing as they are not considered as a defect and we are not held liable if the items are not of the right size for you.
We only accept exchange when items are:
(i) faulty
(ii) incorrect
All orders on Anis Official Empire will be thoroughly checked before being sent out for delivery. However, in an unfortunate event where the item received is incorrect or faulty, please email us at www.anisofficialempire@gmail.com.my or Whatsapp us with information and evidence. You will hear from our team within 48 hours on the next step of our return/exchange process.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of the order to be eligible for an exchange. All items need to be returned to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and complete with original packaging and garment tags attached.
We will not offer an exchange for any other reason except those stated above.
Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
