Return & Exchange 

Please ensure you have checked our sizing charts and note any specific description on our clothing before purchasing as they are not considered as a defect and we are not held liable if the items are not of the right size for you.

We only accept exchange when items are:

(i) faulty

(ii) incorrect

All orders on Anis Official Empire will be thoroughly checked before being sent out for delivery. However, in an unfortunate event where the item received is incorrect or faulty, please email us at www.anisofficialempire@gmail.com.my   or Whatsapp us with information and evidence. You will hear from our team within 48 hours on the next step of our return/exchange process.

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of the order to be eligible for an exchange. All items need to be returned to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and complete with original packaging and garment tags attached.

We will not offer an exchange for any other reason except those stated above. 

Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
